Exhibitor Booth Information

There are only 24 exhibit spaces available for this conference. Exhibit space size will be 8 feet x 10 feet for a single booth or 8 feet x 20 feet for a double space booth.

Single Space $1,100 $1,250
Double Space $2,100 $2,350
Exhibit Booth Space Rental Includes
  • 8 feet x 10 feet pipe and drape booth
  • 8 feet high back wall drape and 3 feet high side wall drape
  • 1 – 6 foot table with a table cloth
  • 2 – Banquet chairs
  • 1 – Electrical outlet (exhibitor to supply power bars and extension cords)
  • General room lighting
  • Company listing with contact information in the Conference Program
  • Registration for one exhibitor (includes coffee breaks, lunch, social events, and access to technical sessions)
Exhibit Booth Space Rental DOES NOT Include
  • Material handling and haulage costs
  • Individual booth lighting, transportation, warehousing, brokerage services, special materials, carpets or furnishings beyond those already specified, the movement, transfer, removal, storage, set-up and dismantling of customer exhibits.
